How do I rent a unit?

- Reserve your unit for free with no obligation, you can complete your paperwork in person on move-in day

All our rental agreements are month-to-month. You decide how long you stay, and you can move out at any time.

How do I access my belongings?
Once you’re moved in, you can access your stuff anytime during gate access hours, which vary by location. Make sure to allow yourself enough time to finish during the hours the gates are accessible, so you’re able to exit.
Gate Access Hours
Daily: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week
Office hours are 7 days a week Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sundays from 10am-3pm
Note: Our office is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
How much does it cost to rent?
Storage unit prices can vary based on the location and the unit features you need. Give us a call to find the best prices in your area. We also offer move-in specials for the first month’s rent on many units.
What are the restricted items I can't have in storage?
For your safety, there are some restrictions on what you can store, such as live plants and animals, flammable liquids, explosives, lithium batteries, and drugs. Your rental agreement has the full list of restrictions. Please feel free to talk to one of our associates, we are happy to explain all the restrictions in detail.
What is the process to move out?
When it’s time to move out, let us know by scheduling your move-out date up to 10 days in advance in the Storage Units section of your account. If you need more time, it’s easy to change or cancel your notice. On move-out day, remove your lock, empty out your unit and stop by the office so a property manager can help you finalize everything.
